Eve Smith Whitlock is a dynamic organizational development specialist with a proven track record of driving impactful change and fostering inclusive cultures. With a background in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a experience living across the United States and abroad, Eve brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical experience to her work. Currently serving as the Lead Project Coordinator of LeaderMom at Whole Leader, Eve collaborates closely with the CEO to spearhead strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance team collaboration.

Her expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and training and development has been instrumental in driving organizational success. Prior to her current role, Eve held key positions at MullenLowe, where she led initiatives in talent experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and learning and development. From creating and facilitating mentorship programs to designing and implementing agency-wide training sessions, Eve has consistently demonstrated her ability to inspire and empower teams to reach their full potential. As an independent consultant, Eve has further honed her skills in coaching and workshop facilitation, helping individuals and groups unlock their creativity, unity, and leadership potential.

Fluent in German and passionate about learning, Eve is not only a cheese connoisseur and avid reader but also a dedicated mother to an amazing little boy. Whether she's running workshops, mediating conflict, or binge-watching Korean dramas, Eve approaches each endeavor with enthusiasm, empathy, and a relentless commitment to driving positive change.
