As an executive coach and strategic advisor with 25 years of experience, Catherine is laser-focused on learnable leadership skills to drive results while shaping an environment that calibrates success at the level of humanity as well. With a marquis set of skills, she leverages hard-won wisdom and data to uncover what is needed by and from critical players to enable a team to execute on strategy, shape vision and culture, and grow together. Compared more than once to Luna Lovegood, Catherine prides herself on driving quick value for people who, like Harry Potter, are already incredibly smart and accomplished.

Throughout her career, Catherine has served multiple Fortune 500 companies and has experience in financial services, life sciences, private equity, media, healthcare, medical devices, marketing, technology/cybersecurity, hospitality/leisure, and recruitment/staffing. She has also done polling to advise national and gubernatorial political candidates, and ran research for foundations and think tanks.

Catherine's advisory work has led to the successful execution of leadership succession plans, established and reset high- functioning norms in senior leadership teams, defined organizational culture, supported growth and change, and enabled effective crisis response initiatives. She has a proven track record of developing leadership teams and cultures that drive business growth, prepare companies for IPOs, and uphold the value-creating aspects of clients' cultures.

HARD-WON WISDOM
Catherine's experience in polling at the Roper Center for Public Opinion Research gives her a unique perspective on hidden and visible power dynamics within organizations. She seeks to understand what motivates others, identifies stakeholder influences, and recognizes who follows and why. Having apprenticed with coaching pioneers for over a decade, Catherine has developed her own wisdom, methodologies, and tools. Her original thinking, along with proprietary methodologies like the WL 6R Fast Coaching Formula and LeaderMom have proven to be highly effective and transformative. Catherine holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College, an MA with distinction in political science and survey research, and multiple certifications. She resides with her family and their Samoyed, Nala, in West Hartford, CT.
